This is a long pending feedback for Dan. From the time we moved to our last townhouse, we have seen Dan Do's name popping up all the time. We also received great feedback from a friend who sold his property with Dan Do. So when it came to selling our property, contacting Dan was a no brainer. From the very start Dan was a man on mission. We gave him our requirements and he provided us with estimated time lines, the comps and all other details within 24 hours. The following day he arranged for inspections and painters to touch up almost the entire house. The day after was cleaners and carpet deep wash. The next day he arranged for a photographer and voila! within 3 days the house was on market with some great pictures. Fourth day the pamphlets were ready and the open house was scheduled for the weekend. With some great work, Dan managed to evoke enough interest that we received an offer on Day 6. In a week, Dan managed to help us sign an offer. WE SOLD OUR HOUSE IN A WEEK! And he arranged for almost everything and we didn't have to pay a single dollar, all covered by Dan. Now, the awesomness of how much help Dan was to us does not stop with this. Dan has some of the best contacts. Any house need, Dan knows a person. Painters, handyman, electrician, cleaners, HVAC you name it and he has a connection. From the start to the end the experience with Dan was smooth and easy. Every step he knew what needed to be done and our trust in him just kept building up. Our only regret is choosing Dan only as our selling agent. I would recommend Dan 15/10 times!

This guy is the ultimate example of hard work! I would never sell again without him. He put out every fire in minutes. He prevented fires by seeing or anticipating them before they happened. He knew all the right people to call for major or minor repairs and if they were an immediate crisis he did them himself. He is personable, friendly, businesslike, efficient organized and on top of his trade. He replied to every call and text within minutes. He never dodged an issue or tuff question. He published wonderful brochures and never let them run low. If I sound like a relative I am not. The first time I met Dan was the day I interviewed him. I thought I had already determined my broker.
